About The Position

ProSidian Seeks a Financial Compliance and Assessment Specialist [DOE0063062] for Program Support on a Exempt W2: No Overtime Pay Basis Contract Contingent generally located across the CONUS - Richland, Washington Across The Pacific Northwest Region supporting DOE EM Hanford which is a Federal, regulated, high-stakes nuclear cleanup environment requiring multidisciplinary contractor support, compliance oversight, and mission assurance. We seek Financial Compliance and Assessment Specialist [DOE0063062] candidates with relevant Environmental Management Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Environmental Management Sector Clients such as DOE. This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Oversight And General Support Services Under Job Task Category 02 Assistant Manager for Business & Assistant Manager for Procurement Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline Professional - General Support Services (GSS) For Hanford Field Office (HFO) Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years federal finance/budget; DOE preferred.
• BA/BS Finance/Accounting; CPA helpful.
• Experience in Environmental Management Sector and Financial Compliance.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with funds control and reconciliations.
• Proficiency in Excel/BI tools.
• Familiarity with financial dashboards for DOE reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support budget formulation, execution, reconciliations, financial reporting, audits.
• Conduct financial analyses, coordinate assessments, and ensure internal control compliance through labor floor checks.
• Maintain financial integrity and compliance by conducting thorough reviews, assessments, and analyses.
• Communicate results to ensure alignment with financial objectives.
• Assist program and project management support in daily business activities.
