Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in finance, compensation, accounting, payroll, or analytical roles
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex datasets
  • Strong Excel and financial systems skills
  • Ability to follow established processes and document work clearly
  • Exposure to sales compensation or incentive programs
  • Familiarity with financial systems or reporting tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to strategic initiatives by analyzing compensation trends, identifying process improvement opportunities, and helping inform decisions that shape the future structure of advisor incentive programs.
  • Build expertise in the full economics of the wealth‑management business and how compensation shapes advisor behavior.
  • Assist with preparing, reviewing, and validating Private Wealth Management commissions.
  • Support quarterly compensation cycles by gathering inputs, processing commissions, and reviewing outputs.
  • Respond to advisor and internal partner inquiries, becoming a trusted resource on compensation topics
  • Work hands‑on with key systems such as Varicent to validate compensation calculations and support testing.
  • Assist with data pulls, reconciliations, and audit requests that strengthen reporting integrity.
  • Help prepare payment files, track deadlines, and ensure all required approvals are secured.
  • Assist with preparing and reviewing commission accruals.
  • Reconcile compensation data between commission systems and accounting records.
