About The Position

We are seeking a Financial Clearance Representative to: Enter and verify demographic and insurance information, complete coordination of benefit changes, calculate and collect patient financial obligations. Manage patient insurance referral obligations, enter referrals, and link to appropriate upcoming appointments. Answer inbound and make outbound calls as needed, availability via the telephone is a key part of this role. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent Required
  • 1 year of experience in a customer service-related field Required

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's Degree in Business, Finance, Health Information Management, or related field Preferred
  • 1 year of experience in healthcare, call center, business, financial or insurance related field Preferred
