About The Position

The Financial Change Management Leader will guide Carrier Finance through major transformation initiatives by designing and executing strategies that build awareness, reduce disruption, and increase adoption of new processes, technologies, and organizational structures. This role will lead change plans across projects, partner with workstream leaders and subject‑matter experts, and reset how change management is perceived—shifting it from a reactive function to a strategic enabler—while accounting for the complexity and constraints of the operational environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 10+ years in Change Management function for global implementations.
  • 5+ years experience in planning, organizing, and managing change initiatives effectively, including resource allocation and risk management.
  • 5+ years applicable Finance/Accounting end-user experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Good knowledge of change management methodologies, such as Prosci, and experience applying them in real-world situations.
  • Previous experience working on ERP implementations at a global corporation.
  • Ability to effectively communicate the vision for change, motivate and engage stakeholders, and build consensus.
  • Ability to assess the impact of change, identify potential issues, and develop solutions.
  • Ability to build relationships, influence others, and navigate complex organizational dynamics.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and Implementing Change Strategies: Creating and executing comprehensive plans for organizational change, including communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Stakeholder Management: Identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with all relevant stakeholders, including senior leaders, managers, and employees.
  • Communication and Training: Developing and delivering clear and consistent communication plans to inform and educate employees about the change and designing training programs to equip them with the necessary skills.
  • Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and resistance associated with the change, and developing mitigation strategies to minimize negative impacts.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation: Tracking the progress of change initiatives, measuring their effectiveness, and making adjustments as needed to ensure successful adoption.
  • Coaching and Support: Providing coaching and support to managers and employees to help them navigate the change process and adapt to new ways of working.
  • Change Management Expertise: Utilizing change management methodologies and best practices to guide the organization through transformations.
  • Driving Adoption and Proficiency: Ensuring that employees adopt new processes, technologies, and systems effectively and efficiently.
  • Measuring Success: Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of change initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
