Responsibilities
- Lead & Inspire : Manage and coach a team of 5+ to deliver exceptional service and meet sales goals.
- Drive Results: Oversee daily operations, lending, and member relationship-building activities.
- Build Community : Represent AmeriCU in local events and business development efforts.
- Own the Outcome : Manage budgets, ensure compliance, and drive profitability.
- Develop Talent : Foster a culture of growth, accountability, and high performance.
