This is a full-time career opportunity (approximately 40 hours per week) based out of our Clementon, NJ (Gloucester Township) financial center at 1400 Blackwood-Clementon Road. The primary responsibilities as the leader of a financial center/s are to lead all aspects of financial center performance and to drive sales growth and service excellence while fostering a culture of success. Incumbents will focus on talent development, individual and team sales performance with consumer and small business clients, community engagement, operational excellence, and strategic leadership to achieve and surpass the financial center's goals and overall success for Fulton.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience in Business or other applicable field.
  • 5 or more years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, or sales.
  • 3 or more years of experience leading sales, Operations, or Risk Management.
  • Ability to motivate a sales team, set expectations and drive accountability.
  • Small Business Banking acumen.
  • Collaboration skills.
  • Passion and enthusiasm to meet and exceed goals.
  • Ability to be registered in the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry if required.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales performance for both new and existing consumer and business customers by utilizing Fulton’s sales process and CRM tool, establishing employee performance expectations and development plans, and cultivating meaningful customer relationships.
  • Actively utilize Fulton coaching models and feedback mechanisms to guide Financial Center employees towards goal attainment and sustained performance excellence, providing consistent coaching and mentoring.
  • Build and maintain a strong network within the local community, engaging with individuals, small businesses, and community organizations, and participating in networking and community activities including non-profit board/committee positions.
  • Oversee the implementation of internal processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with all risk management initiatives and regulations, evaluating and optimizing operational efficiency, and handling escalated customer issues.
  • Plan, assign, and evaluate the work of the financial center team, including screening and selecting candidates, providing guidance and coaching, establishing clear goals, monitoring volume, workflow, and quality, and managing performance.
  • Contribute to broader business and corporate initiatives, reinforcing strategic goals, leading through organizational change, partnering with the Commercial segment, championing cultural activities, and participating in focus groups and task forces.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned by the manager, and ensure accountability for understanding and acting on Company-assigned and/or job-related Compliance Programs, regulations, policies, and procedures.
