About The Position

We're on the lookout for dynamic and driven Financial Center Managers (FCM) to join our growing team in vibrant Concord and West Lebanon, NH! You'll be responsible for energizing and coaching a team of talented staff, while also fostering meaningful relationships with clients and prospects. Your mission? To spark growth by generating new business, nurturing and expanding existing consumer and business relationships, and creating seamless connections with partner business lines to unlock further opportunities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3-5 years banking experience.
• 5-7 years of success in sales and service management.
• Proven track record of exceeding goals and upselling products and services.
