About The Position

The Financial Center Manager II at Fulton Bank is responsible for leading and managing the operations, staff, and business performance of a designated financial center in Harrisburg, PA. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business or a related field.
• 5 or more years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Sales.
• 3 or more years of experience leading Sales, Operations, or Risk Management.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign, and evaluate the work of staff, including screening and selecting candidates, providing guidance and coaching, and managing performance appraisals.
• Develop and implement the Financial Center's business plan to drive sales and service efforts, overseeing the application of Fulton's Sales Management Process.
• Build and maintain knowledge of the local community, engaging with individuals and businesses to identify banking opportunities and market FFC products and services.
• Oversee the implementation of internal operating processes, ensuring adherence to risk management and compliance initiatives, and resolving escalated customer issues.
• Contribute to broader business initiatives, leading the Center team through organizational change and supporting business planning.
