About The Position

The Financial Center Concierge at EECU is responsible for providing exceptional service to members at the Hulen Financial Center. This role involves greeting members and visitors, managing lobby flow, and assisting with inquiries about credit union products and services. The Concierge will also handle inbound calls, cross-sell products, and resolve member concerns, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and maintain composure under stress.
  • Basic computer skills and solid math abilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a financial institution or similar environment.
  • Knowledge of credit union products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Greet all members and visitors, signing them into the lobby tracking system.
  • Direct members to the appropriate staff for their needs.
  • Manage lobby coverage and organization of members within the financial center.
  • Answer inbound calls and assist or direct members as needed.
  • Cross-sell EECU products and services to enhance member relationships.
  • Perform member services such as address changes, debit card issuance, and safe deposit box access.
  • Ensure compliance with Federal and State regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act.
