The Financial Clearance Counselor is responsible for using the assigned scheduling system to book outpatient and/or inpatient appointments and to gather appropriate patient information. This role requires assuming responsibility and initiative for planning and time management, demonstrating effective implementation of clerical skills, and ensuring accuracy, precision, and attention to detail. The counselor must also understand the importance of marketing teamwork.
