About The Position

The Financial Business Planning Analyst at Rochester Regional Health will play a crucial role in providing financial support and business planning assistance within the Finance department. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business/Health Administration, Statistics, or a related field required.
• 1 - 3 years of prior relevant experience, including experience in collecting and analyzing data preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Executive and Operational leaders to develop comprehensive business plans and financial analyses for mergers, acquisitions, service line growth, and operational evaluations.
• Present financial overviews of assigned projects to decision-makers and provide recommendations based on internal and external metrics.
• Create interactive financial models to project financial outcomes using predetermined variables and assumptions.
• Utilize Discounted Cash Flow concepts to evaluate and compare financial alternatives.
• Collaborate with team members to gather, compile, and analyze relevant financial and operational data for assigned projects.
• Compare and analyze actual results against implemented business initiatives and recommend improvements to forecasting and planning methods.
