This role is critical in supporting and enhancing data, reporting, and analytics platforms within the Finance team, aiming to improve performance and operational effectiveness across departments. The position involves enhancing system functionality, maintaining system integrity, and driving configuration and integration initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess technical aptitude, platform experience, and strong communication skills to align business needs with system capabilities. Key responsibilities include partnering with Finance leadership and business teams to identify needs and improvement opportunities, collecting and maintaining financial and operational data from various sources (Salesforce, Syspro ERP, in-house applications, Excel, SQL), and creating ad-hoc analyses and reports. The role also entails building and maintaining Power BI dashboards, writing and optimizing SQL queries, developing Excel-based tools, defining key metrics, facilitating stakeholder workshops, monitoring system usage, troubleshooting data issues, presenting findings to leadership, and managing multiple priorities.
