We’re looking to expand our team across the board. We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Oracle Fusion Finance Business Analyst to join our team. In this role you will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, analyzing financial processes, gathering requirements, and ensuring the successful use and optimization of Oracle Fusion Financial modules.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 7 Years' proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Oracle Fusion Financials.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financial modules.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex processes and recommend effective solutions.
  • Experience with systems configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with SOX controls and audit risk mitigation.

Nice To Haves

  • Oracle Fusion Financial Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to understand current processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Oracle Fusion Financial modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management and Projects Financials Management.
  • Design and propose solutions that align with best practices and organizational goals.
  • Assist in configuring, testing, and deploying Oracle Fusion Financial modules.
  • Provide support during systems upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
  • Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams during implementation and support phases.
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure system functionality and data integrity.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to financial modules.
  • Design and execute the end-to-end integration of new business units
