About The Position

The Billing Supervisor will lead a team as they perform client billing processes for a division of Fiserv. We seek a highly energetic professional who will lead in revenue and cost saving opportunities, identify and implement process improvements in the billing organization. Fiserv leaders actively engage with associates through coaching and mentoring activities. The candidate must have strong analytic skills to interpret contract language and accurately reflect terms to the client invoice. The billing process involves interaction with multiple Fiserv business units and extensive exposure to new products and services. Individuals must have solid technical skills to manage data sources and pricing conditions. Candidates must embrace and drive change in the billing organization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of work in Accounting, Business and/or Billing Supervisory or Team Lead Experience.
  • Strong Excel Skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP and Macros.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or related field.

  • SAP experience desired.

Responsibilities

  • Manage billing functions to include SAP OTC and supporting processes for multiple business units.
  • Supervise Billers responsible for the billing tasks.
  • Review and analyze client contract for proper billing.
  • Work actively with Fiserv business associates on new products and revenue streams.
  • Validate billing inputs from Fiserv business partners for accurate billing.
  • Drive team initiatives and coordinate individual activities to meet goals.
  • Collaborate and plan with other team leads on process and system changes.
  • Assist with SOX compliance and audit activities.
  • Perform other duties as required.
