About The Position

Provide administrative support to the Financial Assistance Department in various operational tasks and provide professional support across multiple functions within the department.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role within a financial institution.
  • Knowledge in all MS Office products.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Processes payments on active and charged off accounts within two operating systems.
  • Complete account offsets under direction of FA Leadership
  • Manage vendor invoices to ensure they are accurate and applied to all required systems. Forwards all invoices to accounting for payment.
  • Respond to incoming emails, mail, service requests and send daily collection letter files for processing.
  • Balance general ledger and other internal accounts.
  • Print and mail requested documents for members, third parties and other departments.
  • Coordinate Financial Assistance activities within the department and organization.
  • Prepare documentation for litigation accounts at the request of Financial Assistance.
  • Order supplies for Financial Assistance and Loan Servicing
  • All other duties as assigned by management.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Represent USALLIANCE in a professional and positive manner.
