This role supervises a team of administrators responsible for providing accounting, administration, and investor servicing to investment companies and advisers. The manager serves as a trusted advisor to clients, continually assessing changing business and strategies, and providing expertise, tools, and information to support investment growth. The position acts as the escalation point for all clients assigned to the team, directing issue resolution and process changes to meet client needs. Additionally, the manager proactively identifies risk-related issues through qualitative and quantitative data review, anticipates obstacles, and implements mitigating solutions. Responsibilities include reviewing accounting and financial statement information for audit and tax reviews, documenting and setting up accounting principles for unusual investment types, and setting up/processing complex expense and incentive fee calculations and reconciliation items.
