Cushman and Wakefield is seeking a Financial Analyst for their market-leading capital markets (investment sales) team, specifically supporting the Multi-Family team. The role will be based out of the company's office in downtown Chicago. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who can operate in a fast-paced environment and multi-task under tight deadlines while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor. The Financial Analyst will provide financial and analytical support services, which will include preparing proposals/opinions of value and marketing materials, data input, underwriting property values, analyzing sales trends and preparing financial analysis for presentation to clients as well as the wider investment market. This position requires significant computer and communication skills with a strong emphasis on ARGUS and Excel modeling. Professionalism and attention to detail are essential traits for the ideal candidate.
