About The Position

We are seeking a Financial Analyst consultant to support financial planning, reporting, and data analysis. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and analytical professional looking to grow their finance expertise in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
• 1-3 years of financial analysis experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of FP&A and core financial functions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and convey financial information
• Proficiency in Excel and financial ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, QuickBooks, etc.)
• Experience with financial software (Power BI, Tableau, Hyperion, Anaplan, Adaptive, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Assist with financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
• Perform financial data modeling and scenario analysis
• Prepare variance analysis and financial reports
• Support month-end and quarter-end financial processes
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business decisions
