About The Position
As a member of the Lear Traverse City team, the Financial Analyst will be responsible for financial reporting and analysis of the plant. Providing reporting and analysis to facilitate critical business decisions based on financial data. Supporting plant operations by providing actionable information on key performance indicators and trends. Communicating with and coordinating plant and division functions that promotes organizational success. The ideal candidate would be a self-starting individual who excels in a fast pace and ever-changing environment. Problem solving ability, accuracy, and follow through are important traits for success in this position.
