Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Accounting for Healthcare Customer Rebates and Variable Sales pay (Commissions).
  • Maintain Account Assignment structure for the organization.
  • Work closely with IT team for continued refinement of Account Assignment optimization process.
  • Analyze, summarize and report financial performance, KPI's and trends for operating companies and corporate shared services.
  • Assist with Return on Investment and Customer Profitability Reporting on a monthly basis.
  • Understand business processes, people, and relevant technology to provide practical business counsel.
  • Perform various accounting tasks related to customer invoicing, month/year end, and preparation of financial reports.
  • Provide business/financial analysis and decision support for management.
  • Identify and develop areas of the organization that can benefit from process improvement and automation.
  • Perform month end financial close activities including preparation and/or review of journal entries, reconciliations, analysis and reporting.
  • Perform special projects and ad-hoc analyses as needed.
