Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 1-2 years of experience
• Internal Controls Knowledge
• Broad knowledge of accounting practices and principles including the preparation of strategic recommendations to management

Responsibilities

• Prepares monthly and quarterly forecasts for assigned business areas
• Assists in the analysis, investigation and research supporting the needs of organization's financial planning
• Prepares communications for assigned business areas with monthly/quarterly financial results vs. budgets, forecasts and prior periods
• Gathers and analyzes financial information and prepares forecasts and analyses of the company's short term and long term financial planning
• Performs monthly and quarterly revenue and expense analysis and reconciliations for assigned business areas
• Performs routine analysis, suggests new ideas, and provides recommendations to improve financial performance or reduce costs
• Support with monthly, quarterly and annual closing for assigned business areas
• Increases productivity by developing automated solutions
• Participates in regularly scheduled team meetings
• Will perform other duties as assigned
