Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Thorough understanding of systems analysis and big data analysis principles
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong decision making and problem solving skills
• Ability to establish and maintain working relationships across all levels of the organization

Responsibilities

• Assist with the implementation and ongoing administration of HFCU's budgeting software
• Assist with the annual budgeting process
• Prepare monthly management reports
• Assist with the preparation for monthly ALM meetings and reporting
• Assist with the administration of CECL modelling software
• Create requested reports through various financial analysis software
• Create ad-hoc cost benefit analyses for various projects
• Analyze third party financials for due diligence purposes
• Assist with quarterly metric reporting for the board
• Other duties as assigned
