About The Position
At Colliers, we are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our team in a hybrid role based out of our St. Louis Park, MN office. This position is crucial to our support operations, providing expert financial analysis and analytical work to support transaction management and brokerage services. You will be responsible for optimizing clients' real estate acquisition and disposition strategies, designing and building sophisticated financial models, and providing exceptional service to clients through analytical tools and cost-effective analysis. You will also support client presentations and excel in a fast-paced environment, applying creativity to problem-solving.
