About The Position

The Sr. Financial Analyst for the Operations Finance/Cost Accounting team supports the Supply Chain organization. This role involves being a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) processes across Operations Finance, including Annual Budgeting, Forecasting, Actual Reporting, and Balance Sheet Reviews. The analyst will collaborate with Corporate FP&A and other functions to understand cross-functional assumptions for budgeting and forecasting, managing and communicating the calendar of deliverables for Operations Finance. Additionally, the role includes managing the reclassification process for Product OCOGS across legal entities and overseeing the product margin bridge to determine the impact from standard cost changes. The analyst will act as a business partner to the Supply Chain organization on Opex/Headcount and Special Projects. Monthly close activities will also be performed, which include preparing journal entries, performing reconciliations, compiling workpapers analysis, and ensuring the general ledger is accurate for the area of responsibility, while also supporting Internal SOX and external audits. A strong understanding of Oracle ERP system processes related to Supply Chain, Costing, Inventory, and other related processes is essential.

Requirements

  • B.S. in Finance or Accounting.
  • Minimum of 12 years of related experience for Individual Contributor level.
  • Minimum of 8 years of related experience for Manager and Executive levels.

Responsibilities
