We are seeking a Financial Analyst to support Compensation and Personnel Financial Management within the Global Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. This role plays a critical part in managing headcount, compensation forecasting, and personnel-related financial planning across multiple regions. Reporting to the Senior Manager of FP&A, you will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, collaborating closely with HR, Finance, and Business Leaders to provide insights that drive strategic workforce planning and cost optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Support global headcount and personnel expense forecasting, ensuring alignment with business objectives and budget targets.
  • Analyze and track compensation-related expenses, including salaries, benefits, bonuses, and other workforce costs, providing insights to support decision-making.
  • Partner with regional HR and Finance teams to consolidate and analyze personnel costs across different geographies, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within compensation and personnel expenses, helping business leaders make data-driven decisions.
  • Develop and maintain models to assess the financial impact of workforce changes, hiring plans, and organizational shifts.
  • Drive efficiencies in compensation financial management by enhancing reporting processes and leveraging automation tools.
  • Provide financial support for HR initiatives such as merit increases, incentive programs, and workforce restructuring.
  • Handle highly sensitive and confidential employee compensation and workforce data with utmost discretion, integrity, and compliance with company policies and data privacy regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required.
  • 2-5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Compensation Finance, or Workforce Planning.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel, MS Office).
  • Experience with HRIS and financial systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Oracle) is preferred.
  • Ability to interpret complex personnel cost data and effectively communicate findings to HR and Finance leaders.
  • Experience in handling sensitive financial and HR data, ensuring compliance with legal and company regulations regarding employee compensation and privacy.
