The Financial Analyst supports the Division of Enrollment Management (EM) in financial due diligence that encompasses revenue, cost, trend, and variance analysis, management reporting, and to develop recommendations based on an understanding of UTA and higher education best practices. This role will report to the Director of Business and Administrative Support and work closely with the Unit Budget Administrator (UAB) to educate and report on all EM sources and uses of funds including funding transfers within and outside of EM, budget versus actuals variance analysis and historical trend analysis for extrapolation. The role works closely with EM and University Analytics staff members to inform and coach on Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), UTShare (UT System's PeopleSoft), Maverick Analytics Reporting System (MARS), and Microsoft Excel skills.
