About The Position

Ensuring accounting requirements are completed accurately and on time Documents and substantiates financial transactions by entering account information Analyzing operational and financial data, investigating variances, identifying business drivers, and evaluating their impact on planned objectives Preparing meaningful variance analysis commentary for management Consolidating cost reduction and other continuous improvement activities Providing assistance in reporting against performance targets in incentive programs Assisting with the recommendation, development, and implementation of process improvements in support of the operating agenda

Requirements

• BA in Accounting or Finance
• Travel 10% of the time
• Strong skills in the areas of analysis, problem-solving, organization, multi-tasking, prioritization, communication, and relationship building
• Ability to think strategically in a constantly changing business environment and market
• Ability to operate with high regard to integrity, trust, and confidentiality
