The Financial Analyst is an existing role within Kimball Electronics Jasper. You will report to the Controller for Kimball Electronics Jasper (KEJ). You will support the accuracy of financial statements for KEJ, month end closing process, internal controls structure and providing accurate data for management decision-making. Quick Summary You will be "hands-on" and guide profitability through creative performance measures and to enhance decision-making through proactive and financial information. The financial analyst supports the controller in providing Corporate Accounting with accurate financial information that supports KII's external reporting requirements. This position must be flexible in meeting the changing needs of the accounting team and be a "big picture thinker" to understand the impact of the responsibilities being performed to the departments other related processes.
