Requirements

Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
Proficient in Excel and SAP experience is preferred but not required
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively via email, phone and in person
Strong organization and analytical skills
Strong work ethic and detail oriented
Capable of working under pressure and meeting targets and deadlines
Must be able to adapt to changing in process or deadlines

Responsibilities

Analyze chargebacks and prepare credit memos for our top 10 customers
Review and approve credit memos of smaller customers
Coordinate with other departments (Sales, AP, division presidents)
Ensure documentation is compliant with internal controls
Maintain schedule of open chargebacks and current status and/or challenges
Challenge invalid claims and work to have them reversed
Validate period end accrual positions
Prepare month end journal entries and reconciliations
Assist in year-end audit and quarterly review workpapers
