Requirements

  • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
  • Proficient in Excel and SAP experience is preferred but not required
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively via email, phone and in person
  • Strong organization and analytical skills
  • Strong work ethic and detail oriented
  • Capable of working under pressure and meeting targets and deadlines
  • Must be able to adapt to changing in process or deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Analyze chargebacks and prepare credit memos for our top 10 customers
  • Review and approve credit memos of smaller customers
  • Coordinate with other departments (Sales, AP, division presidents)
  • Ensure documentation is compliant with internal controls
  • Maintain schedule of open chargebacks and current status and/or challenges
  • Challenge invalid claims and work to have them reversed
  • Validate period end accrual positions
  • Prepare month end journal entries and reconciliations
  • Assist in year-end audit and quarterly review workpapers
  • Ad Hoc Analysis
