About The Position

The Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting Commercial and Finance teams by delivering accurate forecasts, financial analysis, and standard reporting. This position partners with Sales, Marketing, and Commercial Operations to improve financial visibility and support effective business decision-making across bookings, revenue, margins, SG&A, and pricing.
This position reports to the Senior Finance Manager, Americas Commercial, and is part of the Commercial Finance organization in Miami, FL, and will be an on-site role.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related business field with 2+ years experience OR Master's degree in field with 0+ years experience
• Experience in FP&A, Finance, or a comparable analytical role
• Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerBI
• Experience supporting Sales, Marketing, or other non-finance business teams
• Experience with financial planning or reporting systems (e.g., EPM, HFM)

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain monthly, weekly, and daily bookings and revenue forecasts, including collecting input from Sales and Marketing; and uploading data into the financial planning system.
• Track, analyze, and report SG&A expenses and headcount for North America Sales and Marketing organizations.
• Prepare standard weekly and monthly financial reports, including variance analysis.
• Support price realization and monthly pricing performance reporting.
• Perform routine and ad hoc financial analysis and data extracts (e.g., margin reviews) to support Commercial and Finance teams
