Financial Analyst (Associate and Experienced) Company: The Boeing Company - Finance Shared Services is in search of a dynamic and talented Associate (Level 2 or Experienced Financial Analyst (Level 3) to join the Finance Analysis Center of Excellence (COE) Indirect team supporting Information Digital Technology & Security (IDT&S), Corporate Functions or Enterprise Services in Everett , Renton or Seattle, Washington. Position Responsibilities: Collect, compile, manipulate and document source data to support analysis of resource Initiates assignments and integrates analysis of resource forecasts and/or Estimates at Completion (EACs) for control accounts, budgets, functions or pools Develop performance reports Integrate variance analyses and provide understanding of operational and financial performance to senior management Make recommendations to senior management on financial performance projections using financial and business knowledge and experience Develop, review, analyze and maintain cost and/or schedule performance measurement baselines, in some cases leverages earned value management practices, and support variance analyses and communicates cost and/or schedule trends Support process improvement initiatives, communicates the need for change to stakeholders and act as a finance representative lead for cross-business/Center of Excellence (COE) engagements Partner with IDT&S, Corporate Functions, or Enterprise Services facing functions by leveraging relationships and communication skills to develop guidance and drive functional integration for compliant global operations Analyze key performance indicators to improve process cycle time, quality, and timeliness Train and mentor junior analysts Complete peer reviews Exhibit a positive attitude and willingness to serve as a change agent This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. Summary pay range (Associate, Level 2): $79,050 - $106,950 Summary pay range (Experienced, Level 3): $96,900 - $131,100
