Concerto Renal Services is an industry leader in nursing home dialysis. We are a rapidly expanding business with a simple mission: reimagining dialysis care, one community at a time. Our model focuses on ensuring those with end-stage renal disease receive the best possible care through a more convenient, centralized, continuous care model. This role will report directly to the Vice President of Finance & Analytics and will play a critical role in building processes that improve the visibility into tracking inventory positions, usage, and itemized cost. We are seeking an individual with a strong analytical mindset to help the organization identify opportunities for replenishment, allocation, and overall COGS optimization.

  • Lead the initiative to create processes that track inventory positions for medications and supplies in real time at a facility level.
  • Define and build key metrics that will assess usage to help drive allocation and replenishment decisions.
  • Build a framework that enables visibility into itemized cost trends to assess risks & opportunities in addition to identifying optimization opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain cost allocation models to ensure accurate reporting at a facility level.
  • Partner with FP&A and Accounting to ensure data accuracy for month end close.
  • Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process with detailed cost data and variance analyses.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, GAAP standards, and healthcare regulatory requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in cost accounting, financial analysis, or FP&A—ideally within a healthcare environment.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented by nature, with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Proficient in ERP tool, NetSuite preferred
  • Proficient in Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Looker, Tableau
  • SQL experience a plus, strong desire to learn required
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate financial data into operational insights to executive leadership.
