About The Position

Financial Analyst (FP&A / P&L Analysis) Hybrid England Logistics | Hybrid Salt Lake City, UT England Logistics is hiring a Financial Analyst to support FP&A, P&L analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling across our operating divisions. This hybrid role partners with business leaders to deliver accurate financial reporting, KPI analysis, and data-driven insights that improve performance and profitability. Must live in Utah. Relocation not available. Why Join Us? Compensation Structure: $60,000 base salary. Paid weekly. With monthly bonuses, on target earnings are $70,000 to $74,000. Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business
• 1+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance
• Strong understanding of profit and loss statements and variance analysis
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, large data sets; financial modeling experience preferred)

Nice To Haves

• Experience with financial systems, ERP tools, or business intelligence platforms a plus
• Ability to communicate financial insights to non-financial partners

Responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis and P&L analysis for operating divisions
• Analyze KPIs, variance analysis , and period-over-period financial trends
• Build and maintain financial models to support budgeting and forecasting
• Prepare financial reporting and ad hoc analysis for leadership
• Partner with business leaders to explain revenue and expense drivers
• Support month-end close , including journal entries and GL analysis
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency
