In this position...
Join the finance team at the Sterling Axle Plant, a critical hub in Ford’s
manufacturing footprint. Sterling Axle are produced for a variety of
products including Super Duty, F-150, Expedition, Navigator, Explorer,
Aviator, Transit, and Mustang.
The plant is located in Sterling Heights, Michigan, around 20 miles north of
downtown Detroit. We are seeking a detail-oriented, high-energy Plant
Financial Analyst, who will work closely with the Plant Controller.
This critical role provides the operating management committee with financial
analysis on daily, weekly, and monthly operating results. This role partners
with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and
operations, to deliver cost insights, KPI analysis, and support strategic
budgeting and forecasting.
