About The Position

You will be the Financial Analyst for the Archbald Business within Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control. Our team is responsible for tracking and managing performance for the Archbald site. What You Will Be Doing As the Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for tracking performance to cost, schedule, and technical elements in the project lifecycle, coordinating the collection and accumulation of cost, scheduling, and performance elements from functional departments, and researching and analyzing historical data to develop cost models that support performance trend efforts. Requirements

  • Bachelors or Masters degree from an accredited college in a related discipline
  • Experienced in presenting to senior Management
  • Strong analytical and strategic/critical thinking skills
  • Experience supporting a fast paced, dynamic manufacturing environment
  • Experience successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
  • The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.

Nice To Haves

  • Financial analysis, cost control, and Manpower/Staffing analysis skills
  • High degree of experience with Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control Financial systems (EFS, Cobra, Oracle)
  • High degree of experience with Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control MRP systems and labor clocking (SAP, S4 Hana, Apriso)
  • Effective organizational skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge/experience with MFC and/or Archbald
  • Knowledge/experience with Tableau and/or Power BI

Responsibilities

  • Tracking and managing performance for the Archbald Business within Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control.
  • Coordinating the collection and accumulation of cost, scheduling, and performance elements from functional departments.
  • Researching and analyzing historical data to develop cost models that support performance trend efforts.
  • Coordinating activities and participating in fact-finding meetings to ensure accurate and timely tracking of performance metrics.
  • Developing and maintaining financial models and reports to support business decisions and drive performance improvement.
