Winnebago Industries is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our team based in Eden Prairie, MN. This position is hybrid. The Financial Analyst position will be a key role on the Corporate FP&A team that allows the individual to work across the enterprise and interact with senior leaders, both at corporate and in the business units. This role will serve as a financial business partner to the company’s enterprise functions teams (HR and Enterprise Marketing) and work closely with business units and their FP&A teams to provide business support on key projects and our annual budget and forecast cycles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related area of emphasis
• 2+ years of related experience
• This position may require travel to other Winnebago locations.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily, weekly and monthly reporting (daily sales, weekly retail, show reporting, working capital and dealer inventory)
• Assists in quarterly, annual, and long-range plan forecasting across the enterprise, identifying and driving synergies and improvements
• Accountable for department reporting, including the development and improvement of interactive department templates and consolidations
• Investigate discrepancies between actuals and expectations
• Assist in preparing Executive and Board of Directors level materials
• Maintain data in OneStream (financial reporting tool)
• Partner with Corporate accounting as needed for reporting and accounting purposes
• Collaborate with BUs on ad hoc data compilation and analysis
• Other duties as assigned based on business need
