The Finance department’s primary objective is to act as stewards of the financial resources of the business. Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in financial reporting, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), accounting and/or corporate finance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Accounting/Finance Required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Planful, preferred
  • Experience with call center financial management, preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support the annual budgeting, re-forecasting, and long-range planning processes including working with teams throughout the organization to create driver-based budgets/forecasts
  • Collaborate with Technology and G&A teams to forecast, track, and analyze operating expenses and capital expenditures
  • Work cross-functionally to identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and drive cost optimization initiatives
  • Prepare Monthly Business Reviews to present financial results, KPIs, and budget variances
  • Leverage financial and operational data to build detailed reports, drive actionable strategic insights, and support business decisions
  • Prepare ad hoc analyses for key stakeholders to support thoughtful and data-driven decision making
  • Partner with Accounting to ensure accurate reporting of financials through calculating accruals, proposing reclassifications, and performing variance analyses
  • Ensure the integrity and consistency of financial and operational data across various financial reporting systems and processes
  • Think critically about Finance processes to drive automation, efficiency, accuracy, and other improvements
