As a Finan cia l Analyst on our team, you’ll create a finan cia l management strategy to help your client's efforts succeed. You’ll work with project management, task leads, and other s to develop an actionable plan for your client to secure the funding needed to achieve their goals. Using your knowledge of laws, regulations, and policies , you’ll help your client develop well-formed requirements. Once the funding is in place, you’ll make sure the funding is used efficiently through consistent tracking and communication with stakeholders. Requirements

• Experience with risk assessment met hodologies, compliance audits, and regulatory requirements, including DoD RMF, NIST 800-53, and FedRAMP
• Experience c ond ucting risk assessments, implementing mitigation strategies, and ensuring adherence to federal security and compliance mandates
• Experience with DoD cybersecurity policies , security control implementation, and program governance audits
• Ability to assess programmatic risks, ensure compliance with DoD governance frameworks, and develop mitigation strategies
• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management or Information Security, or 5+ years of experience in risk and compliance analysis in lieu of a degree

• Lean Six, PMP, CRISC, CISM, or CISSP Certification

• Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,300.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
