About The Position

Care Lync is seeking a Financial Analyst who can help management make informed investment decisions by analyzing financial data and market trends. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of financial concepts to support our financial planning and analysis activities.
General Description:
Examine financial data, economic trends and company performance to give advice for guiding business investments and overall financial strategy.
Predicting the return of investment for different business ventures.
Develop financial reports for presentation to senior management and collecting industry research to inform decision making.
Collaborate with various departments to analyze financial data and performance.
Assist in budgeting, variance analysis, and strategic planning processes.
Build models to forecast future financial performance and assess potential investment opportunities.
Perform ad-hoc financial analysis as required.

Requirements

• Proficiency in interpreting numerical data, performing complex calculations, and using statistical models to forecast financial outcomes.
• Understanding of financial reporting standards and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to manage and analyze datasets to extract meaningful insights.
• Outstanding communication, reporting, and presentation skills.
• Ability to think critically and solve complex financial problems.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field such as finance, economics, accounting, statistics, or business administration.
• Up to 2 years of full-time experience in a career-based finance or accounting role.
