Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or audit
• (Strong fresh graduates with relevant internships may apply)
• Advanced Excel skills and financial modelling capability
• Ability to prepare executive-ready presentations and decks
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Structured thinking and problem-solving ability
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• High integrity and confidentiality in handling financial data
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and internal financial reviews
• Maintain accurate financial records and support month-end closing processes
• Monitor financial performance and highlight variances or risk areas
• Prepare structured financial reports for internal stakeholders
• Develop management presentations and executive decks
• Translate financial data into clear visuals and actionable insights
• Support leadership meetings with timely financial summaries
• Ensure adherence to internal financial policies and procedures
• Support audits and compliance-related documentation

• Contribute to strengthening financial systems as the company scales
• Work closely on financial tracking
