Prepare and analyze financial statements, cost reports, and statistical data Develop and maintain cash forecasting, capital planning, and treasury models Conduct benchmarking, KPI analysis, and variance reporting Support budgeting, cost accounting, and productivity standards Perform ad-hoc analyses (e.g., program reviews, reconciliation variances, business development assessments) Post journal entries and reconcile general ledger accounts Mentor accounting staff and support financial systems training Research and document technical accounting issues Present complex financial information to senior leadership Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders May lead or coordinate financial projects This job description indicates the general nature and level of work expected of the incumbent.
