The Financial Analyst provides fiscal support for ongoing business operations and acts as the liaison with groups across campus, regarding fiscal transaction preparation and review. This position runs financial reports and reviews them for accuracy; compiles and analyzes financial data and assists with other duties and special projects as assigned. Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in accounting or a related field from an accredited institution of higher education
  • At least two years of experience in fiscal operations
  • Detail-oriented
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to interpret and apply policies and procedures as well as applicable laws
  • Ability to prepare reports and perform analysis
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field from an accredited institution of higher education
  • At least two years or more of university experience
  • Workday experience
