About The Position

The Financial Analyst will provide insightful, data-driven financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and drive business growth. This role requires strong analytical rigor, attention to detail, and the ability to clearly communicate complex insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The ideal candidate is comfortable working cross-functionally and partnering with senior leadership to influence outcomes. This position will play a critical role in supporting Sales and Marketing operational analytics, including sales productivity measurement, pipeline and funnel analysis, margin optimization, and performance evaluation of commercial initiatives. The Financial Analyst will deliver a full spectrum of complex financial analyses, including non-routine financial and economic risk assessments. They will develop, maintain, and explain financial models and analytical outputs, applying critical thinking to interpret results and recommend actions. Success in this role requires creativity in developing new analytical approaches and the ability to tell compelling stories with data that instill confidence and motivate stakeholder action. Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field, along with four or more years of experience in financial analysis related role(s) is preferred.
• Proficient knowledge of Accounting and Finance principles.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling and problem-solving skills
• Advanced skills in MS Excel
• Fluency with analyzing and interpreting financial statements
• Excellent verbal and written communication, listening and organizational skills.
• Effective time management skills including the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Ability to work independently with the self-motivation to accomplish goals.
• Ability to manage communication with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to research issues and identify solutions to complex problems.

Nice To Haves

• Power BI skills preferred
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot, including sales pipeline and forecasting, a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data and trends to provide meaningful insights and recommendations.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement or risk.
• Support Sales and Marketing reporting needs, including productivity metrics, funnel performance, and commercial financial KPIs.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support pricing, forecasting, performance evaluation, and other strategic initiatives across various business functions.
• Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to assess potential outcomes and risks.
• Prepare regular financial reports, variance analysis, and dashboards for management review.
• Assist in building standardized reporting to help optimize operational and commercial performance.
• Communicate financial results and key findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Collaborate with various departments to identify risks and opportunities.
• Partner with senior management to develop strategies for revenue growth, cost optimization, and risk management.
• Work closely with Sales and Marketing leadership to translate operational insights into actionable recommendations.
• Assist in the development of accurate financial forecasts and budgets.
• Monitor actual performance against budget and provide explanations for variances.
• Support forecasting and compensation planning efforts to ensure alignment between financial targets and organizational objectives.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as requested by management.
• Support strategic initiatives, M&A activities, and other special projects as needed.
