About The Position

StraCon Services Group, LLC is seeking a Financial Analyst to support our Finance and Accounting team in Fort Worth, TX. This position has a hybrid work schedule. The Financial Analyst will provide financial planning, analysis, and execution support across multiple task orders while partnering closely with Program Managers and leadership. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for but not limited to the following requirements. Provide financial planning, forecasting, and execution support for multiple programs while supporting several Program Managers. Perform managerial and cost accounting functions, including budgeting, funding execution, and financial analysis. Support document management, financial systems, and data integrity across programs. Prepare, review, and approve monthly invoices, financial reports, reconciliations, contract modifications, and other financial transactions. Support management activities, corporate initiatives, special projects, and ad hoc data calls with potential impact on organizational and business operations. Ensure compliance with internal controls, contract requirements, and applicable financial policies and procedures. Travel Requirements: None

Requirements

  • Experience supporting multiple projects or programs simultaneously, preferably in a government contracting environment.
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, funding execution, and variance analysis.
  • Experience reviewing invoices, financial reports, reconciliations, and contract modifications.
  • Proficiency with financial systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel); experience with government or ERP systems is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze complex financial data and present findings clearly to Program Managers and leadership.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and compliance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • BA/BS degree with at least 3 years of experience.
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • An AS or AA degree and an additional four (4) years of experience.
  • Six (6) years of experience may be substituted for a BS or BA degree.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Deltek Costpoint is preferred.
  • Knowledge of FAR/DFARS is preferred.
