Reporting to the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, the Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting the company’s financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function. This role assists with forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling/reporting, and providing data-driven insights to help guide business decisions. Requirements

Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Experience in Excel and PowerPoint
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Requires the ability to read, write and speak effectively in English.
Requires a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field; or an equivalent combination of training and progressively responsible experience that will result in the required specialized knowledge and abilities to perform the assigned work.
Must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in financial analysis, accounting or related field.

Nice To Haves

Prefer experience in corporate financial planning and analysis or business analysis.

Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial models.
Perform detailed financial analyses, identify trends, and support variance explanations for management review.
Prepare reports and presentations summarizing financial performance and key metrics.
Collaborate cross-functionally to provide financial support for business initiatives.
Maintain and improve financial models to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Support ad hoc analysis, including scenario planning and business performance reviews.
Assist in developing dashboards and analytical tools using Excel, SQL, or other systems.
