About The Position

The Financial Analyst plays a key role in delivering high-quality CFO advisory services to our Members. This is a junior-to-mid level, client-facing individual contributor role focused on financial analysis, FP&A support, and cash flow forecasting. You will work closely with Members and internal stakeholders to turn financial data into actionable insights that drive better decision-making.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a finance-related role
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience in FP&A, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Direct experience building and maintaining cash flow projections
  • Strong financial analysis, data interpretation, and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities
  • Experience using business intelligence or analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar)
  • Ability to communicate financial concepts clearly to non-financial audiences
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple priorities

  • Experience in a client-facing, advisory, or consulting-style environment
  • Familiarity with scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, and executive-level reporting
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment

Responsibilities

  • Delivering clear, accurate monthly financial analysis and performance reporting for assigned Members
  • Building and maintaining budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections that support Member decision-making
  • Translating complex financial data into practical insights, recommendations, and scenario analysis for business owners
  • Supporting CFO advisory engagements by preparing reports, schedules, and presentations for Members and internal teams
  • Leveraging BI and analytics tools to improve reporting efficiency, visibility, and insight quality
  • Building trusted relationships with Members through responsive communication and reliable follow-through
