About The Position

JOB SUMMARY & SCOPE Responsible for supporting the financial planning and analysis team activities to include financial reporting and analysis, budgeting, forecasting and sales commission activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and one (1) or more years’ experience in related business area required.
• Proficient using Excel, Power BI and Hyperion tools.
• ABILITY TO: Meet deadlines and prioritize tasks; work efficiently with minimal supervision; detailed oriented.
• Read and interpret documents, procedure manuals and various correspondence from both internal and external.
• Speak effectively, both individually and before groups of both external customers and/or various levels of employees within the organization.
• Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
• To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, as well as database reporting tools such as Hyperion or Tableau and general ledger systems.
• Able to be accountable and responsible for tasks assigned.

Nice To Haves

• NetSuite software knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Utilizes accounting system, spreadsheet, and data reporting and analysis software.
• Prepare monthly commission calculations utilizing applicable software under guidance of Senior Financial Analyst.
• Perform various financial analyses and reconciliations.
• Assist with the month-end closing process, conducting research and analysis.
• Prepare and review monthly financial reporting package for various stakeholders to include profit and loss statement, balance sheet and statement of cash flow.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
