Position Summary:
We are seeking a high-performing Financial Analyst to deliver clear, decision-ready insights that directly impact business performance. This role works closely with both Finance and Technology to access and leverage data within our data lake, while contributing practical input to improve how that data is structured and used.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is naturally curious, takes ownership, and is motivated by turning data into clarity. You will be expected to go beyond reporting by identifying key drivers, surfacing risks and opportunities, and helping leaders make better, faster decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 0–2 years of relevant experience, including internships or academic projects
• Strong analytical capability with the ability to connect data to business outcomes
• High attention to detail and confidence working with large datasets
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with SQL or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Sigma) is a plus
• Experience utilizing AI tools, specifically Claude, to enhance analytical workflows
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and operate effectively in an evolving data environment
• Clear and effective communication skills, particularly when translating data for non-technical audiences
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Technology team to access and effectively utilize data within the company’s data lake
• Provide input to improve the usability and accessibility of data for business analysis
• Build and maintain reporting that delivers clear visibility into financial and operational performance
• Analyze trends, variances, and key drivers to support strategic and operational decisions
• Translate complex data into concise, actionable insights for leadership
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning with data-driven analysis
• Identify gaps in data, reporting, or processes and take initiative to improve them
• Collaborate across departments to understand business drivers and evolving data needs
• Utilize AI tools, including Claude, to improve efficiency, depth of analysis, and overall output
