Key to supporting KLA business is the finance team that partners with corporate and global business organizations to provide expertise and guidance for developing and executing sound business models and practices. The Finance organization consists of operations and corporate finance teams. The operations finance team influences business decisions by gathering the best available operations information, distilling it and making recommendations to our management team on the best course of action. The corporate team provides a broad range of services, such as financial planning, corporate accounting, tax, industry analysis and benchmarking, internal audits, SEC reporting and merger and acquisition support. The Financial Analyst is responsible for maintaining/improving financial models as well as the accurate and timely reporting and forecasting of costs related to the Install group within the Service Org. This role will support the Service Finance Director in planning, forecasting, and reporting of P&L, and also provide strategic finance partnership to the business leaders and their teams.

Requirements

  • Master's Level Degree and 0 years related work experience; bachelor's level degree and related work experience of 2 years.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly/quarterly metrics packages and variance analysis for three key groups within Service Org
  • Lead monthly forecasting and Annual Budget Plan
  • Forecast headcount and discretionary spend based on business inputs and validate underlying assumptions.
  • Develop tools to identify risks and opportunities in the forecast, monitor, and report the actual results against plan and forecast.
  • Input all forecast and planning work into OneStream financial reporting system and maintain data accuracy in both OneStream and offline working files.
  • Handle quarter-end close process and meet regular corporate results and financial reporting.
