About The Position

Financial Analyst Gettysburg, PA This position will directly support the Director of Accounting and Hillandale Leadership in developing, forecasting, and variance monitoring to analyze financial, sales and other and company data.

Requirements

3-5 years of overall business experience, accounting and financial planning and analysis roles
Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field
Strong data analysis and Microsoft excel skills
Experience in trend analytics and financial forecasting
Proven efficiency in spreadsheets, databases, and financial software applications
ERP experience, preferably in Microsoft Business Central
Solid organizational, time management, problem-solving, judgment, and interpersonal skills are critical
Effective communication skills and the ability to work effectively across various departments

Responsibilities

Will collaborate with the finance, sales, and operation teams on planning forecasting, budgets, analysis and reporting
Assist in analyzing monthly financial statements, sales analytics and other company data
Participate in developing and tracking operational metrics related to financial performance
Provide assessment of data to assist management in the overall improvement of operations
Generate planned reports as well as ADHOC requests
Develop and maintain confidential databases to monitor business performance, and provide managers with insights into risks and opportunities
Improve fiscal health with thorough analyses of financial data: develop deep, actionable insights to drive business performance by monitoring variances and identifying trends
Develops automated reporting and forecasting tools for more efficient use of data.
Participate in the ERP implementation
Other responsibilities as assigned
